Newly remodeled and recently reopened, Big Beach House was previously a nationally acclaimed Bed and Breakfast that is now available for private family vacations.  Sitting amongst the beautiful sand dunes of Fort Morgan, on one of the highest points on the island, enjoy amazing views from over 1,200 square feet – and three levels -- of screened porches and decks, all with teak furniture and restful hammocks.  Stroll to the beach over your private, scenic boardwalk to play on the renowned sugar-sand beaches of Gulf Shores.


Later in the day, relax on the living room’s comfortable couches and chairs, possibly watching television on the 46’ LCD (with Blu-Ray player and premium cable); or enjoy  pleasure reading that we all need on a vacation, from one of the hundreds of books found in the library located just off the living room, or the libraries on the second and third floors.  The Big Beach House features a large professional quality kitchen, with high-end appliances (including two ice-makers to fill coolers for a day on the beach) that make meal preparation quick and easy.

There are six (6) extremely large bedroom suites--each with a spacious private bath and a walk-in closet.  All bedrooms have LCD T.V.'s and DVD Players to help you unwind and enjoy your quiet time at the end of the day.  Four bedrooms upstairs (two suites each on second and third floors) all have King beds, amazing Gulf views and access to screened porches and decks.  On the first floor, one suite has a plush Queen bed while the other suite is a children's retreat with dual bunkbeds and a T.V. with plug in of video game systems.  

While Big Beach House is designed to help you enjoy the best family vacation and to get away from the rat race, for those who need to stay connected to the real world, it has wireless internet, a hard-line phone and excellent cell phone reception.
